Rob Young

Rob Young is an experienced sales professional with a background in engineering and extensive expertise in sales management. Currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Axogen since July 2019, Rob previously held roles including Territory Sales Associate at the same company and Sales Engineer at Tom Barrow Company. Rob’s career began at Trane, where participation in a graduate training program provided a comprehensive foundation in both engineering and sales, followed by an account manager position. Early experience also includes a summer as Sales Manager at Bob's Beds Mattress Outlet, where management responsibilities included payroll, purchasing, and marketing. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in 2016.
