Taylor Baldwin is a visionary CIO and digital transformation architect with over 25 years of experience in technology leadership across various industries, including life sciences, MedTech, manufacturing, and retail. Currently, as the Founder, President, and CEO of Baldwin Strategic Solutions, Inc., Taylor drives strategic IT initiatives, focusing on M&A integration, ERP transformation, and AI-driven automation, delivering significant cost savings and value creation. Taylor's previous roles include CIO positions at TriMas Corporation and RTI Surgical®, where they led global technology transformations and optimized operations. Taylor began their career as an IT Integrator at Marathon Petroleum Company and has also held senior positions at prominent firms such as Sherwin-Williams and Ernst & Young. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
