Andrew Hall is an experienced sales operations leader with a robust background in managing teams and optimizing processes across various logistics and supply chain environments. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at Axon since May 2022, Andrew specializes in improving shipment fulfillment and communication between sales departments while driving initiatives for process enhancement and team development. Prior to this role, Andrew spent nearly nine years at Coyote Logistics, where responsibilities included managing a sizable operations department, overseeing customer engagement, implementing growth strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to boost efficiency and revenue. Andrew holds a degree from the University of Arkansas, attained in April 2014.
