Andy Wrenn

Andy Wrenn has extensive experience in various roles within the law enforcement and security industries. Andy started their career in 1991 as a Fire Fighter/Rescue Technician in the Guilford College Fire Department and later worked in the Summerfield Fire Department and New Hanover County Fire - Federal Point Fire Department in the same role. In 1999, they joined the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department as a Police Officer, where they performed patrol operations, investigations, executive protection, and training instructor duties.

In 2008, Andy transitioned to the private sector and became the Director of Security at Marriott International. In this role, they improved physical security measures and implemented surveillance systems to protect the property, employees, and guests.

From 2012 onwards, Andy worked at Axon, starting as a Senior Regional Sales Manager and progressing to various leadership positions. Andy managed sales teams and led major accounts, emerging markets, and sales strategies. Andy was responsible for building relationships with clients, driving team performance, and achieving sales quotas. Andy also played a significant role in developing training programs and curriculum, incorporating thought leadership, and exploring emerging technologies for virtual and augmented reality training.

Andy Wrenn attended Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Strategic Security and Protection Management.
