Chris Darragh

Chris Darragh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, hospitality management, and program direction. Currently serving as a Business Analyst II at Axon since October 2025, Chris previously worked as an Onsite Implementation Specialist at SpotOn, focusing on client partnerships across the western U.S. At CS Hospitality, Chris directed operations and HR strategy for a $1.5 million business, implementing systems that improved training and performance management, while mentoring staff and achieving cost control goals. Prior to this, Chris held general management roles at Snooze, overseeing a high-volume $4 million location and achieving notable operational success. Chris's early career includes significant experience in educational program management and leadership roles at organizations such as Jumpstart and Georgetown University, where responsibilities included staff supervision, program implementation, and compliance.
