Cornelia Sigworth

Cornelia Sigworth is the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement at Axon, where they focus on improving public safety through innovation, data, and technology. They previously held several leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, including Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance. Cornelia's expertise in justice and law enforcement policy was further honed during their tenure as a Social Science Analyst at the National Institute of Justice. Currently, they serve on the Distinguished Advisory Board at the UVA Center for Public Safety and Justice while pursuing a Master of Science in Justice, Law, and Society at American University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University.
