Danielle Sosa

Danielle Sosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and people analytics. Currently serving as the Director of People Systems & Data at Axon since September 2017, Danielle oversees the Workday ecosystem and leads initiatives in people analytics. Previous roles at Axon include Senior Program Manager, where Danielle managed a diverse team and implemented various HR modules, and Business Analyst, focusing on HRIS implementation within an agile framework. Additionally, Danielle has contributed to competitive intelligence and learning and development initiatives. Prior to Axon, Danielle held positions as an Advertisement Specialist at Animal Help Now, Employer Branding Intern at CSM Bakery Solutions, HR and Team Management Intern at Ithacash, and HR Assistant at Altus Hospice. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
