Eric Muench

Eric Muench is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Axon since June 2022, Eric supports the Real-Time Operations group by creating and editing documentation for applications such as Axon Respond, Axon Evidence, and Dispatch. Prior positions include notable roles at Wipro Limited, Digital Control Incorporated, Nintendo, and Microsoft, where Eric honed skills in technical writing, content architecture, and editorial processes. Eric's diverse experience also encompasses leadership as President of MünchWorks, Inc., where management of contract writers and client relations was key. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Clark Community College.
