James Barker currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Axon, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, James held various finance leadership positions at Snowflake from August 2020 to January 2025, focusing on Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Teams. Between January 2011 and August 2020, James worked at NetApp, progressing from Director of Finance, FP&A and M&A, to Senior Director of Revenue & Order Management, overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle. Before NetApp, James gained extensive experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving as Director and Senior Manager, leading diligence teams for acquisitions and audit projects. James began the career at Thomson Reuters as Assistant Manager Finance following a BSc degree in Maths, Statistics, and Operational Research from the University of Exeter.
