Jesse Hakanen

Jesse Hakanen has a diverse work experience in the field of imaging algorithms and software engineering. Jesse started their career in 2011 as a Seasonal Trainee at Nokia Siemens Networks. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Trainee in Engine SW at Nokia. Jesse continued their journey at Nokia, where they served as a Summer Trainee in Imaging in 2013 and also worked as a Thesis Worker in the same field. In 2014, Jesse joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer II, primarily working on Middleware SW. Jesse then moved to Nokia Technologies in 2016, where they worked as a Senior Engineer in Imaging Algorithms until 2018. Currently, Jesse is employed at Axon as a Principal Engineer, focusing on Imaging Algorithms.

Jesse Hakanen attended Tampere University of Technology from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Software Engineering.
