Joel Holt

Joel Holt is currently a technical program manager with Axon, where they specialize in AI-based solutions and the implementation of product features aimed at reducing gun-related deaths by 50%. Previously, they served as a support services captain for the Rio Rancho Police Department, where they also acted as the central area DRE coordinator, focusing on law enforcement technology systems. Joel is pursuing a degree at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Security and Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Public Administration from The University of New Mexico. Additionally, they completed a session at the FBI National Academy in 2022.
