Johan Sand is an experienced optics specialist with a strong educational background, having earned a Doctor of Science degree from Tampere University of Technology in 2017. They have worked as a researcher and research assistant at the same university, and later held positions such as Research Scientist in Optronics with the Finnish Defence Forces and various roles at AAC Technologies, including R&D Engineer and Technical Lead in Imaging. Currently, Johan serves as a Senior Optics Engineer II at Axon, continuing to contribute to advancements in the field.
