John Song

John Song is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in connected devices, hardware supply chain, and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management for connected devices at Axon since 2020, John is dedicated to enhancing safety and accountability within law enforcement. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Microsoft overseeing hardware supply chain engineering, and various principal product management positions at Skype, where John launched innovative hardware solutions for Microsoft Teams and consumer devices. Previous experiences at Amazon involved managing Kindle device projects, and earlier positions at Microsoft covered product management for Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Windows Mobile. John holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in Information Technology from University of North Texas, and further education from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
