Michael Roberts

Michael Roberts is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in product design and engineering. Currently serving as the Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at Axon since June 2022, Michael previously owned Produktiv, Inc., where mechanical engineering and product design consulting were the focus from October 1998 to June 2022. Michael held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at Intel New Devices Group from July 2015 to November 2018, leading the development of the Intel Vaunt Smartglasses project, and overseeing all aspects of mechanical engineering. Michael also served as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at RED Digital Cinema from January 2009 to April 2012, where responsibilities included leading design efforts for various camera systems and components. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
