Michael Shrago

Michael Shrago, CPA, currently holds the position of Director of Accounting Strategy & Financial Reporting at Axon since April 2024, focusing on technical accounting for complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and debt/equity. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte from August 2014 to April 2024, where responsibilities included consulting on technical accounting issues and contributing to published accounting research. Earlier experience includes managerial positions in audit and assurance at Multi Packaging Solutions and internships in corporate accounting at Merrill Lynch. Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo in 2014, following graduation from Brighton High School in 2010.
