Patrick Madden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patrick began their career in the military, serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Patrick held positions such as Rifle and Combined Anti-Armor Team Platoon Commander and Operations Officer.
After their military service, Madden transitioned to the corporate world, joining McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. In this role, they specialized in strategy and corporate finance, focusing on corporate restructuring, turnarounds, and private equity transaction support. Patrick led teams in developing strategies and implementation plans for large companies, advised private equity funds on potential acquisitions, conducted due diligence for M&A transactions, and provided financial analysis and reporting support.
Madden then moved to Axon, where they held multiple leadership positions. Patrick served as the Senior Vice President & GM of the TASER business unit and was responsible for the Hardware Engineering, Training, and New Ventures teams. Patrick also worked as the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President & CEO.
Additionally, Madden has served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Performance Protocol and 4Sight Labs.
Patrick Madden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. Patrick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Real Estate at The Wharton School, from 2014 to 2016.
