Paul Long

Paul Long is currently an Escalation Engineer at Axon and has a rich background in technology and software development. After beginning their career in Microsoft's customer support organization, they became a Senior Program Manager, where they identified product priorities and contributed to software design, notably for Microsoft Network Monitor. As the owner/operator of Paulys Hotel and Recording Studio, Paul developed mobile software such as Riff Recorder and Word Spell Wizard. Paul is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, building on a lifelong passion for programming and technology.
