Ryan Bartling

Ryan Bartling is a Staff Firmware Engineer at Axon, where they currently lead efforts in integrating Test Driven Development (TDD) into software and firmware workflows. They began their career as a Lab Tech in the USAF, gaining initial experience in writing software and building sensitive measurement equipment. Ryan holds a strong background in hardware design from roles at Livewire and Microchip Technologies, focusing on precision electronics and innovative filtration methods. Previously, Ryan served as a Sr Staff Engineer at Deca Technologies and worked at Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Engineer II.
