Ryan Wilkerson

Ryan Wilkerson serves as the Director of Product Design for Connected Devices at Axon since May 2022, where the focus is on design leadership for a range of products aimed at reducing law enforcement-involved shootings. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Sr. Manager for Foundation + Design Systems at Amazon and previously held the title of Head of Design for Consumer Electronics at Apple, working on the confidential Apple Vision Pro project. Ryan's extensive background includes a tenure as Vice President of Experience Design at HBO, where responsibilities spanned creative direction and operational management for digital products, along with roles at Microsoft, including Head of Design & User Experience and Senior Art Director, contributing to pioneering efforts with Windows Phone and Xbox. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at POSSIBLE, NBBJ, and as a Game Artist at Microsoft. Educational credentials include a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Washington.
