Steve Tuttle's work experience spans several industries and roles. Steve spent the majority of their career at Axon, formerly known as TASER International, where they held various positions including Distinguished TASER Fellow, Principal of TASER CEW Sales, and Vice President of Strategic Communications. In these roles, they were responsible for sales, crisis management, public affairs, risk management, and product development. Steve was also one of the founding team members of Axon.
Additionally, Tuttle served as a Board of Director and Lifetime member for the 100 Club of Arizona from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Bradson Corporation as a Foreign Military Sales Analyst, managing a co-production program for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force and providing financial and case management support for technology transfers. Steve also worked as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Slade Gorton and in research and policy analysis at the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.
Tuttle began their career as a Program Assistant at The Fund for American Studies and as an intern at the National Federation of Independent Business. Steve also worked as a lifeguard at Glendale Parks and Recreation.
Steve Tuttle has a BA in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Steve also attended Georgetown University where they obtained a certification in the Institute on Comparative Political & Economic Systems and a degree in Institute of Comparative Economic and Political Systems. Additionally, they completed the Congressional Research Service Advanced Legislative Institute with a focus on Legislative and Senatorial Rules. Prior to these experiences, Steve Tuttle attended Independence High School.
