Tom Phan

Tom Phan is a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in developing efficient code across various platforms. They previously served as a Research Engineer at CNRS, where they developed C++ software for genomic studies and taught algorithms at the University of Nantes. Tom held the position of Tech Lead at Orange Logic from 2017 to 2022, where they contributed significantly to the growth of the Vietnam Engineering Office. Currently, they are working at Axon as a Senior Software Engineer, continuously focused on building performant systems and solving large-scale problems. Tom has also gained valuable experience through internships at organizations such as Amadeus IT Group and Société Générale. They hold a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence from Université de Lyon and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Lyon.
