Will Hinckley

Will Hinckley has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Principal Product Manager at Axon since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dandy as a Principal Product Manager from September 2021 to October 2023. Before joining Dandy, Will was a Product Lead at Airbnb from January 2020 to September 2021. Will also served as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon from August 2016 to January 2020. Will took a sabbatical from work from September 2015 to August 2016. During their time at Amazon, they held various roles including Manager, Seller and Customer Experience Strategy, Senior Program Manager, Customer Experience Strategy, and Senior Financial Analyst, Global Payment Services from 2011 to 2015. Will also pursued their MBA from the Haas School of Business where they were a candidate from August 2009 to July 2011. Will gained early professional experience as a Summer Intern at HighMark Capital Management in 2010. Earlier in their career, Will worked at Cornerstone Research as a Research Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst from 2005 to 2009.

Will Hinckley attended Duke University from 2001 to 2005, earning a BS degree in Economics. Will then pursued an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
