Vanessa Gilbert

Vanessa Gilbert (Grainger) is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product assurance and development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Assurance Engineer at Axonics, Inc. since September 2018, Vanessa has been instrumental in supporting new product development by applying safety standards and regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes a Project Management Internship at Kaiser Permanente, where Vanessa assisted in project scheduling and communication, a Software Engineering Internship at Mavenlink focusing on Ruby on Rails and Javascript, and research internships at the University of Southern California and Harvey Mudd College, concentrating on environmental issues and tissue engineering respectively. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a Mechanical Emphasis from the University of Southern California, earned between 2013 and 2017.
