Christine Ley

Christine Ley, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Axonify since July 2016, Christine specializes in generalist HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and data integrity. Prior to Axonify, Christine held the position of Human Resources Manager at Igloo Software, where responsibilities included employee engagement strategies, policy development, and performance review processes. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Representative at Linamar, administering benefits, managing recruitment, and facilitating performance evaluations. Christine also has a foundation in education as an Instructor for English as a Second Language at NOVA Corporation and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, along with an Honours Degree in English Literature from the University of Guelph.
