Eric Will

Eric Will is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as a Revenue Enablement Specialist and Revenue Learning Advisor at Axonify since February 2023. Prior experience includes a part-time role in sales and operations at Believe Surf and Yoga Costa Rica following an unexpected layoff from Q4 where Eric excelled as a Sales Enablement Specialist. With a foundation in sales from BrainStation as a Senior Sales Representative and earlier roles as a Sales Representative and Sales Development Representative, Eric has cultivated a passion for coaching and facilitating growth in others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, a Data Analytics Certificate from BrainStation, and attendance at Leveljump's Sales Enablement Summer School. Eric's career also includes leadership experience as a Team Lead for Residence Life Advisors at the University of Waterloo and training roles dating back to early experiences as a Senior Swim Instructor and Lifeguard.
