JD Dillon

JD Dillon is the Chief Learning Architect at Axonify. JD has over fifteen years of experience in the learning and development field. JD has a bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Central Florida.

JD Dillon began their career as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World. JD then transitioned into the corporate world, working in human resources and learning and development. JD has worked for companies such as AMC Theatres, Kaplan Higher and Professional Education, and Brambles. In their current role as Chief Learning Architect, JD Dillon is responsible for designing and developing training programs that promote employee engagement and retention.

JD Dillon has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Marketing from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Business Administration from Kaplan University.

They work with Phil Menary - Senior Vice President of Development, Larysa Wood - VP, Customer Success, and Andrew Jackson - VP Customer Experience. JD Dillon reports to Carol Leaman, President & CEO.
