JD Dillon has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA in Business Administration from Kaplan University. They have an extensive professional background in various roles such as Operations Manager at AMC Theatres, Global Learning & Development Manager at Brambles, Director of Learning Technology & Development at Kaplan Higher and Professional Education, and currently serves as the VP of Strategic Alignment and Chief Learning Officer at Axonify. JD is also the Founder and Principal of LearnGeek. Prior to this, they held various roles at Walt Disney World from 2004 to 2014, including Guest Experience Manager and Learning & Development Manager.
