Leilani Rocha

Leilani Rocha is a Learning Content Manager at Axonify since September 2023, specializing in developing targeted learning solutions for customers by consulting on business metrics and performance gaps. Previously, Leilani served as an Instructional Designer at the University of Guelph, focusing on creating innovative assignments to enhance real-world connections and equity in science courses. As an Education Developer and Teaching Assistant, Leilani instructed over 2000 university students in various mathematics courses. Additional experiences include acting as a Research Manager at the Ontario Veterinary College, where Leilani led a market research project, and operating a successful tutoring business that significantly improved student grades. Leilani's roles also include HR Technical Writer and Occupational Health and HR Assistant, contributing to effective onboarding and employee recruitment processes. Leilani holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Biomedical Science and a Minor in Mathematical Science from the University of Guelph, supplemented by participation in the Explore French Program at La Cité universitaire francophone.
