Luis Melo

Luis Melo is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Escalation Engineer at Axonius since October 2023. Previous roles include Developer and System Administrator at Web and App Studio in Singapore from January 2014 to September 2023, where expertise involved designing application infrastructures primarily on AWS, implementing deployment procedures, and managing cloud and dedicated servers. Prior to that, Luis worked as an IT Consultant and Software Developer at Denise White Real Estate, developing a comprehensive web application to transition from an access database. Early career involvement included co-founding the Nuno Janeiro Lifeguard Association, overseeing IT and communication infrastructure alongside lifeguard duties. Luis holds a Higher Education Diploma in Secure Computer Systems from the University of Essex, a CET in Software Development and System Administration from Universidade de Aveiro, and a High School Diploma in Computer Software Technology from ETPC.
