Noa Tal

Noa Tal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as a People Partner at Axonius since November 2023, Noa previously held roles at NICE Ltd, where contributions included HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner from April 2021 to November 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cellcom from April 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, employee experience, and organizational reforms. Earlier positions involved talent acquisition and conducting psychological interviews at adam-milo, alongside research assistance at the Hebrew University. Noa holds an MA in Occupational Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and a B.Sc in Psychobiology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
