Daniel Gobbo serves in multiple leadership roles within the energy and waste management sectors, currently as Verwaltungsratspräsident at Axpo Kompogas Wauwil AG, Kompogas Utzenstorf AG, Kompogas Winterthur AG, and Berom SA. Since January 2014, Gobbo has led the Biomasse Division at Axpo Power AG while also holding board positions at various companies including Axpo Biomasse AG, Fricompost AG, and Oekopower AG. Prior to these roles, Gobbo was Geschäftsführer at Axpo Tegra AG from July 2009 to December 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universität St.Gallen and an Electrical Engineering degree from FHS St.Gallen.
