Barbara Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Barbara started their career in 1994 at Baltimore Center Stage, where they served as the Director of Audience Development for over 15 years. In this role, they directed all ticketing, front of house, marketing, and public relations activities, leading to increased subscriptions and patron satisfaction ratings.
