Benedetta Zanon

Benedetta Zanon's work experience starts in 2013 with an internship as an Intern Production Assistant at Zed Entertainment's World Srl. Benedetta then moved on to various roles at the same company, including Account Manager and Box Office Manager. Benedetta also worked as a Box Office Assistant at AXS Europe in 2018. In 2017, they joined Academy Music Group as a Box Office Assistant and later became a Box Office Supervisor. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at The O2, starting as a Contact Centre Assistant and progressing to roles such as Contact Centre/Box Office Coordinator and Customer Support Advisor - Operations Lead. In 2022 and 2023, they worked as a Box Office Manager at AXS. Currently, they serve as a Client Ticketing Manager at AXS. Benedetta's responsibilities included team management, briefings, staff rostering, payroll, box office operations, social media coverage, customer service, and event coordination.
