Noah Kaib has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Noah started their career as a Sourcing Analyst Intern at GE in 2016, where they organized quotes and created a new Excel sheet for easier documentation. Noah then served as a driver for Uber and received a high rating. In 2017, they interned at GE again, this time as a Productivity and Infra Engineer, leading a project to potentially insource HVAC repairs. Noah analyzed teardown data and successfully mapped failures to specific codes. Noah also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at GE, where they created or updated machine instructions and implemented lean methods.
In 2018, Noah worked as a Consultant Intern at Connors Group, developing labor standards for clients and creating a lean training simulation. Noah also served as a Campus Recruiter at Outreach360 from 2015 to 2018, organizing a university team to volunteer in Nicaragua and providing presentations about the organization.
Noah's work experience also includes roles at the University of Pittsburgh, where they worked as a Teaching Assistant and Resident Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, they supported educational activities, and as a Resident Assistant, they served as a leader and mentor to undergraduate students and collaborated on community-building initiatives.
Most recently, Noah joined ForwardLine Financial in 2019 as a Senior Product Analyst. In this role, they managed and developed KPI analytics and dashboards, customized HubSpot and Salesforce to fit business needs, and transitioned the company's Telephony System to AWS Connect.
Currently, Noah is working as a Senior Analytics Engineer-BI at AXS, starting in 2022.
