Sandeep Golchha

Sandeep Golchha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and retail management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at AXSource since April 2018, Sandeep has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance for clients. Previously, Sandeep was the Head of Retail Business at AlfaPeople India from October 2015 to March 2018 and Co-Founder and CEO of Felix Global Services during its foundational period. Other roles include Delivery Head at Alletec Retail Solutions and Delivery Manager at Dynamic Vertical Solutions, where Sandeep focused on client interactions, solution architecture, and project management for Microsoft Dynamics AX. With a background that also includes positions at Systems Advisors Group and Accenture, Sandeep holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from Bangalore University, attained between 1998 and 2000.
