Prior experience includes a role as a Pharmacist at Salvus Health, a digital health startup focused on community pharmacy health monitoring, and a Pharmacist Substitute at Sodiap in East- and West-Flanders, demonstrating proficiency in Pharmad and Sabco. Sofie's academic background comprises a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Ghent University, along with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from EHSAL Management School. Additionally, Sofie completed a master thesis at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, which involved preparing spray-dried isoniazid particles for pulmonary administration.
