Deeksha Jaiswal

Deeksha Jaiswal currently serves as a Senior Executive in Learning and Development at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since March 2023, where responsibilities include acting as a Junior Learning Partner for Decision Science. Previously, Deeksha worked as an Executive in Learning and Development, focusing on the administration and management of the Learning Management System (LMS). Prior to joining Axtria, Deeksha held the position of Learning and Development Specialist at N V Organics Pvt. Ltd. from March 2022 to February 2023, managing learning operations for the Marketing and Sales team. Deeksha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Christ University, Bangalore, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Costing from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, earned in 2020. Early education was completed at Saint John's Academy, where a commerce curriculum was followed from 2012 to 2017.
