Pierre Botros

Pierre Botros has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2003, they worked at BJ's Wholesale Club as a System Support Specialist before transitioning to the role of Business Process Analyst. Their responsibilities included managing ITIL processes, requirements, UI/UX analysis, user testing, and training for various departments within the company. Additionally, they initiated a Quality Assurance Team and led performance testing using Load Runner/Quick Test Pro.

In 2010, Pierre joined IQVIA as a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager. Pierre supported candidate recruitment for a data analysis center of excellence and managed the development of market event/insight handling, data profiling, supply chain analysis, and workflow management solutions. Pierre was also involved in managing multi-year programs for re-engineering data warehouse global reporting and business intelligence solutions, as well as the architecture of a Master Data Management modernization program.

Moving on to Axtria - Ingenious Insights in 2019, Pierre served as the Director of Business Information Management, overseeing the company's product portfolio and managing the Global Master Data Management (MDM) Product suite. In August 2022, they transitioned to the role of Product Portfolio Director, responsible for directing product improvements and defining the machine learning (ML) product roadmap.

Currently, Pierre is affiliated with INCOSE, where they hold the position of Vice President and Liberty Chapter President.

Pierre Botros has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Pierre then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from the same university from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Pierre attended UMass Boston, where they studied Business without obtaining a specific degree. In terms of additional certifications, Pierre Botros is a Certified Scrum Master, certified by the Scrum Alliance in 2018. Pierre also holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2013. Additionally, Pierre has completed a Lean Six Sigma - Advanced Continuous Improvement course from Guidon Performance Solutions in 2012.
