Shikha Singhal

Shikha Singhal is the current Head of People Practices at Axtria. Shikha has over fifteen years of experience in the corporate sector, with a focus on management and analytics.

Shikha started their career at GE Capital International Services as a Black Belt in Actuarial Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for aligning the service delivery measurement system in line with customer expectations for the Actuarial processes. Shikha worked across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure process training, documentation, mapping, base lining and metric definitions. Conducted several workshops to enhance six sigma awareness across the organization and mentor green belts to facilitate their certification.

In January 2004, Shikha joined EAP Cognizant as a Senior Engagement Manager. As a Senior Manager, they were instrumental in establishing and growing the "Digital Analytics & Consulting Center of Excellence". This included conceptualizing and implementing the CoE charter, offerings and go-to-market strategy.

During this period, Shikha also supported the sales process for various multi-year, multi-million dollar outsourcing deals, involving the design of flexible, scalable and innovative solutions with an unbeatable value proposition, resulting in multiple wins.

In their current role as Head of People Practices at Axtria, Shikha is responsible for leading the people function and driving all aspects of people strategy, policies and programs.

Shikha Singhal has a MA in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Miranda House. Shikha also has a degree from New Era Public School.
