Currently serving as Principal of Marketing, Communications, Sales, BD, and Commercial Operations at Axtria - Ingenious Insights, Tejas has a proven track record in managing comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing corporate branding, and driving demand generation. Previously, Tejas held senior leadership roles in various organizations, including Senior Director of Marketing & Business Development and Director of Account Management at IMS Health, where strategic growth and customer-focused initiatives were prioritized. Tejas's experience extends across start-ups and established companies, emphasizing a strong capability in managing P&L responsibilities, leading high-performance teams, and fostering market expansion across diverse regions.
