Ray Leach is the Co-Founder and President of The O.H.I.O. Fund, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Founding CEO of JumpStart, Inc. from 2004 to 2023 and were an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at CommonAngels from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, Ray held the role of Associate Director at NorTech in 2003. Ray earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance and Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2002.
