Ramiro Barradas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ramiro began their career as a Marketing Consultant at ESPM in 2009, where they conducted qualitative research and developed marketing strategies for the IT sector. Ramiro Barradas completed their Bachelor's degree in Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, starting in 2001 and finishing in 2008. From 2006 to 2011, they attended the ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they specialized in marketing research and social media. In 2012, Ramiro pursued an Especialização in Cultura Digital e Redes Sociais at Unisinos. Ramiro obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2016.
