Ramiro Barradas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ramiro began their career as a Marketing Consultant at ESPM in 2009, where they conducted qualitative research and developed marketing strategies for the IT sector. In 2010, they joined ESPM as part of the Digital Communication Center, where they likely gained experience in digital marketing and communication. Later that year, they joined Icon as a Social Media Analyst, responsible for implementing and monitoring social media campaigns for a supermarket network. In 2013, Ramiro joined Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos as a Digital Marketing Analyst, managing and planning social media activities for the university. Since 2015, Ramiro has been working at Axur, where they progressed from being a Brand Protection Analyst to a Customer Operations Team Leader, and most recently a Technical Customer Success and later a Senior Customer Success Manager.
