Technical Customer Success at Axur

Thais Scheffel has a diverse work experience in different companies and roles. Thais started their career as an Analyst of Support at Altus Sistemas de Automação in April 2012 and worked there until January 2013. Following that, they worked as an IT Intern at HT Micron Semicondutores Ltda from February 2013 to February 2014. Thais then joined Axur as a Fraud Analyst in February 2014 and remained in this role until September 2018. Thais then progressed to become a Customer Care Team Leader at Axur from September 2018 to April 2021. Currently, Thais is working as a Technical Customer Success at Axur starting in April 2021. In the future, they will be embarking on a new role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at FCB Brasil starting in February 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at DM9 from June 2022 to January 2023.

Thais Scheffel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão, Inovação e Liderança from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Thais pursued this degree from 2019 to 2020.

Prior to their MBA, Thais Scheffel attended Unisinos from 2011 to 2018. Thais earned a degree in Segurança da Informação during this period, although the field of study is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Thais Scheffel received a certification in "Python para Data Science: primeiros passos" from Alura in March 2022.
