Dan Trojan has extensive work experience in the semiconductor equipment industry. Dan began their career in 1984 as the Director of Planarization Engineering at Strasbaugh, where they worked until 1996. In 1997, they joined Novellus (SpeedFam/IPEC) as a Program Director, a role they held until 2001.
In 2002, Dan co-founded Axus Technology and served as the Vice President of Engineering. Dan played a crucial role in developing and supporting advanced process and equipment technologies for CMP, polishing, thinning, and cleaning. With over 25 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design, engineering, and management, they have been instrumental in multiple patent awards and pending applications.
Dan has held various leadership positions at Axus Technology since its inception, including President from 2017 to 2023. As of January 2021, they serve as the President and CEO of the company.
Dan Trojan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Dan studied at the university from 1982 to 1984.
