Michael Koo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael started their career as a System Administrator at The College of New Jersey in 1994. Michael then moved to Blackboard in 2002, where they held various roles including Senior Manager - Client Support, Technical Advisor, Business Manager, and Senior Manager of Technical Services. In 2012, they joined Axway as a Critical Account Manager and gradually progressed to Manager and then Director of North America Support. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Technical Support at Axway since May 2018.
Michael Koo attended The College of New Jersey from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Criminal Justice with a focus on Philosophy.
