Margo Natadiredja

Margo Natadiredja is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and IT recruitment, currently serving as League Lead Java and People Manager at Axxes IT Consultancy since March 2018. Margo also holds the role of HR Business Partner and Recruitment & HR Partner, where responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, learning and development, talent management, retention management, and leading side projects such as Great Place to Work and internal tooling initiatives. Prior to Axxes, Margo worked at Argenta as an Administratief assistent from November 2016 to March 2018 and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Antwerp and a Postgraduate Degree in HR - People & Business from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
