Thomas Codd

Thomas Codd serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Axxess since July 2022. Previously, Thomas Codd held various roles at PwC from July 1982 to July 2021, including US Managing Partner for the Fit for Growth platform, where a holistic approach to transformation was emphasized. As a Senior Client Relationship Partner, Thomas Codd supported multinational clients and focused on talent development. As Vice Chairman and US Human Capital Leader, responsibilities included driving talent strategy related to flexibility, engagement, and leadership development. Thomas Codd began at PwC in 1982 and was admitted to partnership in 1994. Academically, Thomas Codd earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Purdue University and completed an Executive Education program in Digital Strategy at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in 2018.
