Chanddeep Madaan

Chanddeep Madaan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aya, a company that provides software to help businesses with bookkeeping, tax filing, and other financial tasks. Prior to Aya, Chanddeep served as Interim CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at Karmic from June 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were the Vice President of Systems and Data Analytics at Karmic from November 2016 to December 2018. Chanddeep has also served on the Board of Directors at CounterPulse from September 2016 to November 2018. Prior to their work in the tech industry, Chanddeep worked as an Experienced Associate in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure division at PwC from August 2015 to November 2016. Before PwC, Chanddeep worked as a Systems and Data Analytics specialist in the Marketing department at Fisher Investments from March 2015 to July 2015. In their previous role at Fisher Investments, Chanddeep was responsible for creating and defining data structures in the backend using SQL, building dashboards using Excel, optimizing content in web alleys, and performing lead decay analysis. Chanddeep began their career at Fisher Investments as a Research Associate in the Evaluation department from February 2013 to January 2014 before being promoted to Project Manager.

Chanddeep Madaan's educational career began at Apeejay School, where they completed their K-12 education. Chanddeep then went on to study nuclear engineering at the University of California, before completing a study abroad program in chemical engineering at Imperial College London.
