Sean Newham has over a decade of experience in the software development industry. Sean started their career as a software developer at Pluss, where they worked on developing software for laptop and portable devices. Sean then moved to Granta Design, where they worked on developing software for the company's engineering products. In 2013, Sean left Granta Design to join Red Gate as a software developer. Sean then moved to ThoughtWorks in 2014, where they worked as a senior software engineer and tech lead. In 2016, Sean left ThoughtWorks to join Codurance as a software crafter. In 2017, Sean left Codurance to join Anthemis Group as their director of technology. Sean is currently the VP of engineering at Aya.
