At Aya’s Culture Kitchen, our mission is to share the authentic taste of Japan with you by introducing natto, a lesser-known Japanese food, to the world and making it a healthier place. We aim to highlight the unique natural enzyme in natto called Nattokinase, which was discovered by Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi at the Chicago University Medical School, and emphasize its benefits, such as its ability to dissolve blood clots.

Our goal is to raise awareness about the amazing health benefits of natto, like probiotics, cardiovascular health, and high nutrient content, which are still unknown to many people. We want to spread the word about natto, inspire others to embrace its unique flavor, similar to strong cheese, and enjoy its health benefits. By sharing delicious natto recipes, we hope to make it easier for more people to appreciate and experience the health benefits of this incredible food.
