David M.

David M. has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. David began their career in 1994 as an Analyst at Citibank Private Bank Switzerland, later moving to the trading floor, developing and marketing structured products for Citigroup Global Finance Switzerland. In 1995, they founded DoMondo Cafe of Switzerland, a wholesale coffee and tea company with distribution in more than 30 states in the USA. David sold the company in 2001 to attend the Wharton School for their MBA. In 1999, they co-founded Coffee Images LLC. From 2002-2005, they held summer internships at North Capital and Detong Capital, a Russian PE fund and a Chinese venture capital fund, respectively. From 2005-2011, they were Managing Director at Wayne Capital Partners, an independent investment sponsor, hedge funds, agriculture real assets, and venture capital, primarily in Southeast USA and China, with some work in SE Asia and Australia. Since 2017, they have been CFO at Ayas Renewables, Inc., overseeing 4+ billion pounds of one chemical.

David M. has a comprehensive education history. David received their MBA from The Wharton School in 2003, with a focus in Marketing and Private Equity. David was an exchange student at INSEAD's Singapore Campus in 2002. David obtained a BS in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from The University of Alabama in 1993. In 2004, they completed a Certificate in Computer Animation and Visual Effects from New York University and a Certificate in Directing for Film from New York University in 2003. In 2008, they passed Module 5 of the CMFAS from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. David also holds a CFA from the CFA Institute, a CAIA from the CAIA Association, and an FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
